Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common root canal filling techniques causes less pain after treatment for a dead tooth. Researchers will compare the standard 'cold' method with a newer 'warm' method in 80 adults. The goal is to help dentists choose the technique that leads to better patient comfort and healing.
