Which root canal filling causes less pain? new study compares two types
NCT ID NCT07289633
Summary
This study aimed to see if the type of material used to fill a root canal affects pain after the procedure. It compared a bioceramic-based sealer (BioRoot RCS) with a resin-based sealer (AH Plus) in 70 adults getting a single-visit root canal on a back molar for a painless tooth infection. Patients tracked their pain levels for a week to help dentists choose materials that improve comfort.
