Summary
This study aims to find out which type of dental sealer causes less pain after a root canal procedure. It will compare a calcium-based bioceramic sealer to a standard resin-based sealer in 60 adults with a specific, painless tooth root infection. Patients will track their pain levels after treatment to see which material performs better.
