Dental trial aims to find less painful root canal sealer

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two dental sealers causes less pain after a root canal procedure. 60 adults needing a root canal will be randomly assigned to receive either an AH Plus sealer or a newer bio-ceramic sealer. Participants will track their pain levels at home over 48 hours to see which material leads to a more comfortable recovery.
