Summary
This study looks at whether adding special nanoparticles to a standard root canal medicine can lower pain and kill more bacteria after treatment. 42 adults with infected lower molars will receive one of three medications during their root canal. Researchers will check pain levels and bacteria counts to find the best option for more comfortable and successful treatment.
