Dentists test new tool to improve root canals

Summary
This study aims to find out if a special ultrasonic cleaning tool works better than the standard syringe method during root canal treatment. Researchers will recruit 118 adults who need a root canal on a lower back tooth. They will compare X-rays to see which method does a better job of filling the main canal and tiny side canals with sealing material.
