Dentists test new tool for better root canals

Summary
This study aims to find out if a special ultrasonic cleaning tool works better than the standard syringe method during root canal treatment. Researchers will compare how well each method fills the main canal and tiny side canals with sealing material. About 118 adults needing a root canal on a lower back tooth will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two cleaning techniques.
