Summary
This study looks at 44 children aged 5-8 who need a root canal on a baby molar. It compares two filling materials (ZOE and Metapex) and two cleaning methods (rotary vs manual files) to see which combination leads to the best healing and natural tooth loss. The goal is to help dentists choose the best approach for treating infected baby teeth.
