Summary
This study looks at 44 children aged 5-8 who need a root canal on a baby molar. It compares two filling materials (ZOE and Metapex) and two cleaning methods (rotary and manual files) to see which combination works best. The goal is to find the safest and most effective treatment that allows the tooth to heal and fall out naturally.
