NCT ID NCT06895720
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple foam roller routine can help prevent injuries in young male soccer players. Researchers will compare a group doing the routine to a group that does not, tracking injuries and measuring performance over 16 weeks. The goal is to see if this easy, at-home method can keep athletes healthier and improve their flexibility, balance, and jumping ability.
