New pill fights deadly eye cancer after other treatments fail

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental oral medication called roginolisib can help people with advanced uveal (eye) melanoma live longer than standard treatments. About 85 adults who have already tried at least one immunotherapy will receive either roginolisib or their doctor's choice of standard therapy. Researchers will compare survival times, tumor response, and quality of life between the two approaches.
