NCT ID NCT07543640
First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called roflumilast works better than a weekly pill called methotrexate for psoriasis in skin folds and genital areas. These types of psoriasis are hard to treat with creams and can really affect quality of life. About 56 adults who haven't gotten better with creams will take one of the two pills for 16 weeks, and doctors will check how much the skin clears and how symptoms like itching improve.
