This study investigates whether sleeping on a gently rocking bed can improve sleep quality and memory in people undergoing neurorehabilitation after conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, or inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system. Participants will sleep on the rocking bed for 14 nights and undergo sleep assessments. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can enhance standard memory training.
