New drug trial offers hope for patients with Tough-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called Rocbrutinib works better than standard therapy for adults with a specific type of aggressive lymphoma that has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Rocbrutinib or a standard combination chosen by their doctor. The main goal is to see which treatment shrinks tumors more effectively and is safer for patients.
