Robots vs. CT: which is better at zapping lung spots?
NCT ID NCT07389889
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a robot-assisted method can more precisely and safely destroy small lung spots (ground-glass nodules) than the standard CT-guided approach. About 116 adults aged 18-85 with nodules 3-30mm will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see which technique hits the target on the first try more often.
