Summary

This study compares a newer robotic surgery method (NOSES-IV) with traditional robotic surgery for people with high rectal or sigmoid colon cancer. The goal is to see if the newer method leads to fewer complications, less pain, and a shorter hospital stay. About 100 adults aged 18 to 85 with early-stage cancer will take part.
