Robot surgeons try new route to fight lung cancer
NCT ID NCT05832112
Summary
This study is testing a new way to perform robotic lung cancer surgery. Doctors will operate through small cuts in the abdomen instead of between the ribs, aiming to see if it's safe and causes less long-term pain. The study will include about 20 patients with early-stage lung cancer who were already scheduled for minimally invasive surgery.
