Summary

This study compares two robotic surgery approaches for treating rectal and colon cancer. One method removes the tumor through a small rectal opening, while the other uses traditional robotic surgery. Researchers will track 100 patients to see which approach leads to fewer complications, less pain, and faster recovery.
