New precision drug targets genetic driver in tough cancers
NCT ID NCT04526106
Summary
This study tested a new, highly targeted drug called RLY-4008 in people with advanced cancers, focusing on bile duct cancer. The main goals were to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug could shrink tumors in patients whose cancers have a specific genetic change called an FGFR2 alteration. The trial included people whose cancer had progressed despite standard treatments.
