New hope for bone marrow transplant patients with Life-Threatening immune attack

Summary
This study tests a new drug called RLS-0071 in 66 hospitalized patients who have a serious complication after a stem cell transplant, known as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), that is not responding to steroids. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug is safe and can control the disease. Participants will receive the drug for one week and be monitored for side effects and response.
