NCT ID NCT05533164

Summary

This study is testing if a drug called Rituximab can help people with Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) who have had their symptoms return. The goal is to see if Rituximab allows patients to stop taking steroid medications, which have many side effects, while keeping their disease under control. It involves 174 adults whose PMR has flared up and who are struggling to reduce their steroid dose.
