New hope for frail elderly lymphoma patients: Chemo-Free combo shows promise

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (rituximab and CC-99282) as a first treatment for older, frail patients newly diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who cannot receive standard chemotherapy. About 47 participants will receive this chemo-free regimen to see if it can control the cancer and improve survival. The goal is to offer a gentler but effective option for this vulnerable group.
