First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is for people with high-risk prostate cancer that has spread to a few other spots. It tests whether giving less hormone therapy (based on each person's risk) along with radiation can control the cancer just as well as the standard longer hormone therapy. The goal is to reduce side effects while still keeping the cancer in check. About 110 participants will receive a personalized treatment plan.
