Summary
This study tested a program called RISE that helps older adults who are at risk of or experiencing elder abuse or self-neglect. 114 people aged 60 and older took part. The program involved several months of phone or in-person sessions to work on personal goals. Researchers compared their well-being to those who only got a one-time consultation.
