Summary
This study looks at whether a program called RISE, working with Adult Protective Services (APS), can better support older adults who are at risk of or experiencing elder abuse or self-neglect. About 300 participants will either receive standard APS services or the RISE-APS program. Researchers will track outcomes like repeat abuse reports and emotional support through phone surveys.
