First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether one or two doses of ripertamab can help children aged 16 and older with nephrotic syndrome who relapse often or depend on steroids. The goal is to see which dose keeps them relapse-free longer and reduces steroid use. About 312 children will take part, and the results will show if this treatment can better control the disease.
