First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looked at whether the drug riociguat could reduce the size of the right side of the heart in people with two types of high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension). The study planned to enroll 30 adults and measure heart changes using ultrasound. However, the study was terminated early, so results are limited.
