Summary
This study tests a new drug called Rina-S in about 240 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if Rina-S can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. All participants receive the active drug, and treatment may continue as long as it helps and side effects are manageable.
