Experimental cancer injection tested in small safety trial

NCT ID NCT06182579

Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called RiMO-401, injected directly into tumors along with radiation therapy, for people with advanced cancers. The main goal was to find a safe dose and check for side effects in a small group of 5 participants. The study was terminated early and focused on patients whose tumors could be reached for injection and radiation treatment.
