Summary

This study is checking how safe a migraine medicine called rimegepant is for children and teenagers aged 6 to 18 when used over a long period. About 600 participants who have migraines will take the medicine as needed for acute attacks. The main goal is to track any side effects and see if the drug is well-tolerated in younger people.
