Summary
This study tests whether the drug riluzole can prevent nerve damage caused by oxaliplatin chemotherapy in people with stage II or III colorectal cancer. About 80 adults will receive either riluzole or a placebo during their chemotherapy. The goal is to see if riluzole reduces the severity of nerve-related symptoms like tingling, numbness, or pain.
