First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding rigid tape to a 4-week exercise program can reduce pain and improve shoulder function in people with acromioclavicular (AC) joint degeneration. About 28 adults with shoulder pain will be randomly assigned to get either taping plus exercise or exercise alone. Researchers will measure pain, motion, and daily function at several points, including a 3-month follow-up.
