Summary

This study is testing a new way to help teenagers and young adults with hard-to-treat cancer, along with their parents and doctors, have better conversations about what the future may hold. The goal is to see if this personalized approach is practical and helpful for everyone involved. About 85 participants will take part at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
