Summary
This study tests whether giving a Chinese herbal formula (RIF) along with standard medicine right away can lower the chance of early death in people with a fast-growing blood cancer called APL. About 224 adults with suspected APL will be split into two groups: one gets RIF plus standard treatment, the other gets standard treatment alone. The goal is to see if early use of RIF helps control bleeding and improves survival.
