Summary
This study compares a special rice-based formula to a standard cow's milk formula for infants with cow's milk allergy. About 86 babies up to 13 months old will take part. The goal is to see if the rice formula supports normal growth and is easier on the stomach, while also checking for allergic reactions and overall safety.
