New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat ovarian cancer
NCT ID NCT03673124
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two oral drugs, ribociclib and letrozole, can help control recurrent low-grade serous cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. It is for women whose cancer has returned after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing, offering a new option for a cancer with limited treatments.
