First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 4-week program of rhythm-based stabilization exercises can improve shoulder blade control, arm function, and movement range in professional video gamers who have scapular dyskinesis (a condition where the shoulder blade moves abnormally). About 42 gamers aged 18-35 will do specific exercises on stable and unstable surfaces. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce symptoms and improve performance.
