Summary
This study follows 50 adults who are having nose surgery (rhinoplasty) with a special graft to support the tip. Researchers want to see how patients rate their results and breathing over 6 months. They will also record any problems or repeat surgeries. The goal is to understand what matters most to patients after this common procedure.
