This study compares two ways to reduce a nasal hump during rhinoplasty (nose job): the traditional method using a chisel and rasp, and a newer technique using a surgical drill. Researchers will measure pain, swelling, bruising, and how smooth the nose looks, as well as patient satisfaction and breathing. 200 adults having their first nose job will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods and followed for a year.
