First human test for kidney disease drug seeks safety clues
NCT ID NCT07445906
Summary
This is an early safety study for a new injection called RG002C0106, which is being developed for IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. The main goal is to see how the drug is processed by the body in people with healthy kidneys compared to those with mild or moderate kidney problems. Researchers will give a single injection to 24 adults and closely monitor their health and drug levels to understand safety and dosing.
