Summary
This early-phase study looks at how a new drug, rezatapopt, affects the way the body processes four common medicines (metformin, rosuvastatin, repaglinide, and midazolam) in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific TP53 Y220C mutation. The goal is to understand potential drug interactions, not to treat the cancer directly. About 14 participants will take rezatapopt along with these other drugs, and researchers will measure drug levels in the blood.
