Summary
This study looked at a treatment called Rezūm water vapor therapy for men with an enlarged prostate causing urinary problems. 129 men aged 45 to 96 received the treatment under local anesthesia. The goal was to see if it safely improves symptoms like weak urine flow and frequent urination, and to measure any side effects.
