This study tested a type of brain stimulation called TMS on 72 adults who have trouble feeling pleasure (anhedonia). The goal was to see if targeting the brain's reward circuit could improve their ability to enjoy life. Researchers measured changes in mood and brain activity using surveys, EEG, and fMRI.
