Old drug gets new shot at stopping stomach cancer before it starts

Summary
This study is testing if a drug called Pyrvinium can reverse stomach lining changes that increase cancer risk. 32 adults with these high-risk changes will take either the drug or a placebo for two weeks. Doctors will compare stomach biopsies before and after treatment to see if the drug helps.
