Summary

This study looks at how well a reverse shoulder replacement works for people with severe shoulder arthritis, torn rotator cuffs, or failed previous replacements. About 175 participants will receive the implant and be followed for at least one year. The main goal is to see if pain scores improve, and researchers will also track shoulder function and long-term outcomes.
