Summary

This study looks at how well a special reverse shoulder replacement helps people with severe shoulder arthritis or torn rotator cuffs. About 175 people will get the implant and be followed for at least a year. The main goal is to see if their pain gets better, and the study also checks shoulder function and implant safety over time.
