Personalized rehab boosts return-to-work for chronic back pain patients

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized rehabilitation program helps people with persistent spinal pain syndrome (failed back surgery syndrome) return to work after receiving a spinal cord stimulator. About 112 participants will be randomly assigned to either the personalized program or usual care. The goal is to see if tailored support improves work ability and daily function.
