NCT ID NCT07484542
First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether walking backward (retro-walking) combined with core strengthening exercises can reduce pain, disability, and improve balance in people with long-term low back pain. About 42 adults aged 25-50 will be split into two groups: one does retro-walking plus core exercises, the other does core exercises alone. Both groups also receive standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if adding backward walking offers extra benefits.
