Summary

This study looks at how retired rhythmic gymnasts (women aged 18 and older) feel about their bodies and their identity as former athletes. Researchers will survey 100 participants to understand the link between body image and athletic identity after retirement. The goal is to identify who may struggle most and help design better support programs.
