Summary
This study aims to understand how retired rhythmic gymnasts adjust to life after competitive sports. Researchers will survey 100 retired female gymnasts to explore the link between their lingering athletic identity and their body image. The goal is to identify factors that might make this transition harder and inform future support programs.
